How can I pay for my products?

Mountain White accepts all major credit/debit cards and online payment systems including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - Shipping costs and delivery times will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are based on standard international tariffs on weight per parcel.

How long will it take to sell the run?

Each product campaign goes live for 6 weeks. If total is not reached in that period all holders will be refunded.

 

6 weeks! We know, we are working tirelessly to generate enough momentum to be able sell the run in one day. Yes, one day!

This is our goal: Product goes live > sold in one day > delivered within two weeks.  

This means the max wait for any garment will be two weeks - from order to hanging in your wardrobe... 

How long does manufacture take?

We will keep you posted in regular updates, but we expect most products will shipped within two weeks.

Can I place a holder on an item that is not yet released?

Yes you can, If the item has a release date, then its is available to put your holder on. However you will have to wait for us to launch that product. 

Can I return an item?

Yes - please contact our help team on via info@mountainwhite.co.uk they will advise on the returns procedure. We respond to all customer services within one hour.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes - please contact our help team on via info@mountainwhite.co.uk they will advise on the exchange procedure. We respond to all customer services within one hour.

Do you restock sold out items?

If the demand has been very high on particular products, we try to anticipate this and restock as soon as possible. There are lots of factors involved and this is sometimes very difficult in short time scales.

Why do subscribers get it first?

By subscribing to the Mountain White mailing list you are given an opportunity to shop the new lines shortly before going on general sale. Do can subscribe as the bottom of each page. No spam, we protect your data, blog posts and product. That's all.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the moment...But we will, soon.

Can I track my order?

Yes - when your order ships, you will received an email detailing the tracking number, order details and shipping times. If you have issue with tracking then please contact us on info@mountainwhite.co.uk. We respond to all customer services within one hour.

Do I have have an account to order from Mountain White?

No  - You can checkout as a guess. By opening an account you will be given the benefit of a shopping bag that remembers your details for the next time you shop.

I have a discount code how do i redeem it?

You enter the code in full in the discount box at the check out.
